Free Shipping over $150!

Kenetrek Canada offers free shipping in Canada on all orders over $150.

We ship via Canada Post Expedited and provide tracking numbers with all shipments.

For orders under $150 a twenty dollar ($20) shipping fee will be applied.

Special Note regarding Shipping Times:

While we do our utmost to ship from our warehouse within 1-2 business days, some products may not be regularly stocked and will require additional time to ship. This allows us to carry a much wider range of boots and sizes. Should the product you order require more time, we will be sure to advise you once your order is placed.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Note: Free shipping applies to all orders over $150, HOWEVER should you decide to return or exchange an order shipping fees will be applied. Shipping fees are automatically deducted from returns.

FOR EXCHANGES:

Orders over $150 - A minimum fee of $30 + taxes will be applied to the exchange. For shipping fees in excess of $30 the full cost will be applied.

Orders under $150 - A minimum fee of $20 + taxes will be applied to the exchange. For shipping fees in excess of $20 the full cost will be applied.

FOR RETURNS:

Orders over $150 - A minimum fee of $30 + taxes will be deducted from refunds. If original shipping fees were in excess of $30 the full cost will be deducted.

Orders under $150 - The original shipping fee of $20 + taxes will not be refunded.
